Location: the hotel was just next door to local transport and shops, trains and trams and u-bahn. We stayed for weekend and definitely want to stay in that area again.

The place was reasonably priced. The total stay was very nice with excellent customer service and very clean. The breakfast was quick and very very good with great coffee, the restaurant was nice. The location was fantastic and good, close to a U-Bahn station. You could walk to a mall and fairgrounds👍👌👌

Central location at the main station, quiet room in the courtyard, sufficient (I did not miss anything) good breakfast. Since it is located at the main station, you will find a large number of kebab stands and shisha bars and Schumacher's brewery in Oststraße in the immediate vicinity. A good address for a short trip.
The room was not freshly renovated. But: Price/performance ok.

Cold and alienating attitude We had to wait two hours for a room The desk clerk refused to open the parking and lied by saying he is full There is no air-conditioning There is no hot water kettle in the room You can not sleep because of the noise of the trains Area unpleasant
