during my stay, I found it incredibly easy to access the main station, just a few steps away, and I enjoyed several scenic walks along the riverside, soaking in the beautiful views and local landmarks that define the charm of this city.

The grilling atmosphere at street-side cafes was unbeatable! I tried some smoked barbecue at nearby Antalya and couldn't get enough. The staff was super attentive and the location was solid for exploring local spots. Clean and comfortable, it kept me cozy after the fun!

They really dropped the ball on customer service when I had to reschedule due to an accident. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered.

Enjoy complimentary coffee in the lobby, available all day to keep you energized during your stay.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station. However, I noticed stains on the walls in my room.

Noise from trams can disrupt your rest at night!!! The elevator is small and slow, leading to frustrating waits!!! Outdated furniture and limited toiletries detract from the overall experience!!!

as a solo traveler, i was appalled by the broken fridge and the morning staff’s attitude. I couldn’t chill my wine, and they acted like it was my fault! Plus, the walls are clearly made of paper. I overheard the neighbors' private discussions. there was no upgrade or special treatment either, which woudl ve been the least to expect!

Clean room, friendly staff, with fast check-in and out, along with free Wi-Fi in rooms for seamless connectivity, made my stay enjoyable and convenient.

Everything was impeccable.

The location is solid for accessing public transport, making it convenient for traveling around the city. Rooms are clean and spacious, allowing you to stretch out after a long day.

However, the noise from the tram junction outside can disrupt your sleep, especially without air conditioning. you'll be relying on an electric fan, which isn't ideal in warm weather. Parking is quite tight and requires asking the front desk to open the gate, which can be a hassle. I also encountered issues with appliances like a broken fridge and fan, which diminished comfort during my stay, and had to switch rooms multiple times due to maintenance problems like a non-functioning shower and unclean bedding.

Had an amazing time with friends! We visited the longest bar in the world and explored great shopping areas. The location makes it easy to check out local attractions like the Capitol Musical Theatre. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to our fun experience.

However, be aware that the hotel is pretty old, and some areas could use a serious facelift.

Finding various dining options was easy, especially with a great pizza spot nearby.

I loved how the hotel let us check in super early at 9 AM, which made starting our trip a breeze, and the room was really clean and comfy throughout our stay. The wellness area was perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. Just a heads up, I wished the breakfast options were a bit more varied, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊
